What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address their D365 FnO support needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules.
- Conduct system health checks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to application best practices.
- Assist with implementing updates, patches, and hotfixes to maintain a secure and up-to-date system.
- Provide technical support during deployment, upgrades, and go-live phases.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and user manuals.
- Deliver training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Support configuration and minor customizations to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and assist with generating custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 to recommend innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems.
- Expertise in D365 FnO modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Familiarity with system configuration, workflows, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Platform, and Azure services is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
