What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including the prospectus, promotional materials, and event displays.
- Manage and evaluate advertising campaigns, utilizing data to optimize performance.
- Maintain and improve the school's social media presence, website, and other digital platforms.
- Organize marketing events, such as open mornings and other promotional activities.
- Lead the development of a parent engagement strategy to support retention.
- Support alumni communication and staff recruitment through effective marketing.
- Oversee the production of the school’s Yearbook and press releases.
- Track local market trends and advise the Senior Management Team on the competitive landscape.
- Manage the marketing budget and line-manage the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in brand management and understanding of the marketing impact.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing platforms for British international schools.
- Strong people skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and design-related software.
