The Board works
through three main committees, which meet periodically with the SMT.

| Deals with
all matters relating to curricula and their
provision. |
Deals with
all financial, budgetary, and control matters. |
Deals with
issues relating to the school's premises, development projects
(including the new school project), fund-raising, and similar
matters. |
In addition, there are
various task forces appointed for limited periods to perform specific
tasks. There is also an executive committee (consisting of the Chairman of
the Board, the Vice-Chairman and the Secretary) that is empowered to act
on behalf of the Board in emergencies. Its decisions are subject to
ratification by the full Board.
